Portland Fit Club
The Portland Fit Club meets every Monday and Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Portland First Baptist Church gym.  Please use the gym entrance of the far west side of the building.  Each meeting lasts for approximately one hour, and you'll enjoy a brisk workout while watching a P90X video.  This is a great way to get some exercise, lose weight, get in shape, and make new friends.  Instructors are on hand to answer your questions and help you with the exercises.  Proceed at your own pace and speed; start slowly and move up as you begin to get in shape.  There is no charge to attend the classes.  Monday's classes are less strenuous than Thursdays.
